Bachelor of Science
The Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) at Sukuna Multiple Campus is a four-year comprehensive program under the Faculty of Science and Technology, Tribhuvan University. The program is designed to provide students with a deep understanding of natural laws, scientific principles, and laboratory skills. It offers students the choice to specialize in Physical Sciences (Physics, Maths, Statistics) or Biological Sciences (Botany, Zoology, Chemistry), fostering a culture of research and analytical thinking.
Must have completed 10+2 in Science (Physical or Biological group) or equivalent from a recognized board. Minimum 'C' grade in each subject of Grade 11 and 12 (as per TU Science Faculty regulations). Must pass the Entrance Examination conducted by the Institute of Science and Technology (IoST), Tribhuvan University.
Research & Development: Scientific Officer or Assistant in labs and research centers. Public Service: Technical officer roles in Nepal Government (Forestry, Agriculture, or Environment sectors). Health & Industry: Quality control officers in pharmaceutical, food, and beverage industries. Environment & Conservation: Roles in NGOs/INGOs working on climate change and biodiversity. Education: Teaching Science and Mathematics at the secondary level. Further Studies: Provides the foundation for M.Sc., Ph.D., and specialized research globally.
